Friendly staff and the room was lean and tidy, would recommend to anyone!

A great place to stay for the money. We had an apt. and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, most spoke English and if they did not they would get someone who did. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast for the money was so-so for my tastes but convenient. The shopping, food and historical sites were close enough to walk to most. It was well worth 107 Euros for 3 people per night. I did not expect a palace and was pleasantly surprised at what we got: 2 Large bedrooms 1 1/2 baths, Living room, Kitchen, and balcony! All in all, I would recommend this hotel. I only can say this about the apartments as we did not have a room.

I really did not have any serious complaints. Kitchen with only fridge, no sink, micro or dishes.

I could walk easely in difference ways

Room was big and clean. Furnitures were kind of old and cheap, but there was what is needed. The hotel is not expensive and I had what I paid for: a room with with needed furnitures and accomodations. Obviously this is not a very good hotel for fancy holidays; on the other hand it has what you need for business trip or tourism.

Breakfast was not very nice but was cheap.

Location was great, staff was helpful.

Breakfast was not worth the extra 15 euro. The bed was terribly uncomfortable.

It smelled and had no wifi in rooms

Stayed with my two sons in 2 bedroomed apartment which was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and overall for Berlin I would say it was fair value for money.

Little things let the hotel down particularly when opening the air vent in the W.C. it was obvious it had not been cleaned for years - all it required was a vacuum cleaner to extract the dust.

Good location if you are looking to visit Berlin.

The hotel is quite old and rooms are not too good. We received a room that was a smoking one and the smell was unbearable. We changed the room but we received a really small one with windows that were not opening sufficiently to allow air to enter the room. The hotel has no AC. Also the personnel was not really friendly.

The location is superb.

Mattresses are awful - they deform under one's weight and don't come back!

Clean, basic 3 star hotel with central location near Stadmitte U-Bahn (U6 & U2). Reception staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Room furnishings are a little dated (however everything was clean and in working order). WiFi signal was weak in room, but worked well in lobby.

Close to the center

It was quite cold in the rooms and the wifi signal was very low at the 7th floor.

Restaurant staff was not friendly to young children

I booked a non-smoker room but got a smoker one, the staff only feebly offered to change it and finally could not, rooms are very old and furniture was battered and rickety. The breakfast was meagre and service generally rather poor.

Excellent value for money and great location, facilities are adequate

Everything went smooth- from booking to checking-out, staff was friendly en helpful even more then they supposed to be; location was excellent, you could go any way from that point and everything was nearby- places to see, shops, restaurants. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Reastaurant is tidy and situated on the street side so you can look outside while having breakfast. There is a free internet facility and the room was also well-equipped.
